We may offer you a replacement product and/or a refund and any refund given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed your Order.
Naturally, our products may only be returned if we have not serviced you in accordance with our Goodwill Policy. 4. The Price and Payment
a) The price of the products will be the price quoted on the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax and the cost of delivery using Royal Mail.
b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The amount of these charges varies depending on whether the parcel is posted in the UK or to Europe.
c) Payment is made by credit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order. (the payment methods we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.
5. Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 days in the UK and one to 3 weeks in Europe. We use Royal Mail for deliveries.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, or if the address is an undeliverable address or in a country we are unable to deliver to, we may cancel your order. In this event, on return of the product back to us unused and undamaged we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay all delivery charges related to delivery and returns.
c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us by contacting us within 14 calendar days (28 calendar days in the EU) from the order date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
6. Orders Delivery and Cancellation

International deliveries: Due to aerosol air shipping restrictions and the prohibitively high cost of shipping aerosol products by air, International shipments are by surface mail. This means that shipping time in the EU for example may take from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.
Hence, if you live in the UK and we have confirmed dispatch of your order and you have not received the order within 2 or 3 days from date of dispatch, it's worth checking with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office and your neighbours to see if they have the parcel.
If a claim is made for damage, the recipient must keep all packaging and any damaged items for inspection until the claim is resolved. The recipient may be asked to complete a questionnaire and to provide as evidence photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.

RETURN POLICY
In accordance with the UK Merchandising Law, Skin Care products are not returnable (or refundable) for health reasons. However, our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days (21 calendar days in the EU) from the date of placing the order, unused (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
1. Wrap the items you wish to return, securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation. The wrapping should be extra secure, given the product is aerosol and both the return and the sender address added.
2. Post the package to the address given below. We recommend you send all returned items by ‘Signed for’ or ‘Tracked’ delivery.
3. As soon as the product is received in good condition, a refund would be issued
Unfortunately, we cannot pay the costs of returning your items, and will not be liable for any damages caused in the post.

REFUND POLICY
We aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods. However, it can take up to 10 days, or in some cases more, for you to receive the refund, which will be made by the payment method you used to pay for the goods.
If the product has been used or arrived in poor condition which resulted in loss of value, we retain the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of value of the goods.
Therefore in summary, we accept returned unused and undamaged products within 14 calendar days (28 calendar days in the EU) from date you placed your order with us. Should you wish to return the item, please contact us and return the item to the above address in a sturdy packaging for aerosol protection as stipulated by Royal Mail.

The aerosol regulations for drug-free products, state that if the shelf life exceeds 2.5 years, then the shelf life date is left out from the product label. All our products are Drug-free and all have a shelf life longer than 2.5 years, then we do not need to add the shelf life to the labelling. Please see the UK Regulations as stated in the link below:
"Regulation 2009/1223 and the Cosmetic, Products Enforcement Regulations 2013, As they apply to cosmetic products being supplied in or into Great Britain from 1 January 2021".

In accordance with the UK Merchandising Law, Skin Care products are not returnable (or refundable) for health reasons. However, our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days (21 calendar days in the EU) from the date of placing the order, unused (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.

The aerosol regulations for drug-free products, state that if the shelf life exceeds 2.5 years, then the shelf life date is left out from the product label. All our products are Drug-free and all have a shelf life longer than 2.5 years, then we do not need to add the shelf life to the labelling. Please see the UK Regulations as stated in the link below:
